Alaina will be giving a talk about her incredible adventures! Alaina, who is a climber and runner, but relatively new to cycling, cycled solo from the Arctic to the Mediterranean (5,137 miles in 51 days) in aid of Hand-in-Hand for Syria and is about to embark on a 4,300 mile journey across the USA in the Trans American Bike Race to raise money for Asylum Link Merseyside.
Team GB: World Skiing Championships and two-time British Ski Mountaineering champion!
As a lover of all things outdoors - skiing, climbing, fell running, mountain biking - she’ll be giving a talk of her background, her adventures and why she believes we should say YES to the craziest opportunities!
A night of intrigue, fab food and music all in aid of a good cause - what better way to spend a Wednesday evening! Hurry, seats are limited to 50 people, first-come-first-served.
Tickets are £18 per person and includes two courses and a non-alcoholic drink (see the charity night menu here).
The restaurant has a fully stocked bar of beers and spirits, an excellent wine list and will be serving Happy Hour Cocktails: 2 for £10!
